Please Download the Registration Form and fill out the required information for each attendee. Abstract and Registration forms can be received until May the first.

Presentation times and poster spaces will be assigned once your Registration Fee, Registration Form and Abstract have been received. All Talks and Posters must be in English.

Oral Presentation Instructions:
All talks will occur at the CAC auditorium staring at 9:00 AM, but please be there 15 minutes early for daily updates. At 10:30 AM we will have a coffee break for 45 minutes followed by more talks. Lunch will start at 1:00 PM with the afternoon sessions starting from 3:00 to 5:30 PM.

Please upload your talk at least one hour before presenting with the meeting IT staff. PPT format is recommended. Talks will be limited to a 12 minute presentations followed by three minutes for questions. If more time for questions is required, there will be a beer break at a nearby Bar starting at 6:00 PM.

Poster Instructions:
Poster dimensions will be 120 x 85 cm (47.24 x 36.46 inches). Please format the posters in "portrait" or vertically so that the contents fit on the portable walls. Posters will be placed the second day at afternoon starting at 3:30 PM, and must be removed the last conference day at 5:30 PM.

Students interested in participating in the Poster or Talks competitions, please download and read the Student Competition Guidelines. When you are ready to submit your paper for the competition, please fill out the Student Qualifications Form and mail it to the address shown on the form.

Student Travel Grants:
The American Archnological Society kindly provides
Student Travel Grants for Graduate and Undergraduate students. For more information click on the previous link.

The "Posgrado de Ciencias Biológicas UNAM" provides conference grants for Graduate Students enrolled at this program. Information on how to apply and deadlines can be obtained here. For students enrolled in a different University, please ask your "Graduate School Department" if they have economic support for meetings.

For Undergraduate Students registered at "Facultad de Ciencias UNAM", please contact directly the "Secretaria Academica" for travel grants. To apply for this grant you must present your Bachelor's Thesis project.

Schlinger Travel Grant:
The Schlinger Travel Grant has been generously provided by the Schlinger Foundation to aid non-student and emeritus scientists interested in attending the annual meetings of the AAS. Awards of up to $800 will be considered for active professional arachnologists or retired arachnologists with limited or no funding support who are presenting authors on a poster or oral presentation at the meeting.
